My sisters, Mom, and I decided to take the boat up and spend the day. (we missed Kayla) It was so much fun! I was so impressed that my mother actually got in the water and swam with us. I promise you this has not happened in 10 or so years. AWESOME! It is amazing to me the difference between northern and southern Idaho.  The trees and mountains compared to the dessert.  There are definitely perks to both but my favorite is the southern Idaho Sunsets. (Sorry Northerners but it's true they are amazing.)

On the 15th of July I was able to go up and spend some time with my family. It was so much fun to get away and actually get to spend "TIME" with them. I hardly ever get up there and when I do it's only for a few short days. So we made it a VACATION and stayed for 10 days. We stayed long enough that Laney got in a weird routine of waking up to say goodbye to my mom before she went to work and then fall back asleep for a few hours and wake back up with me. I am sure my mom is missing us for that very reason. She was able to really enjoy my girls and we loved the time we got to spend with her. I could of stayed longer if I didn't miss my sweet husband so much.

The other people that were HAPPY to see eachother were the Cousins. Ellie was dying to get up there and spend time with Ava. We get to see her MAYBE 2 times a year so when we do it's quite a treat. Ava is a one and only and loves getting to see Ellie and Laney too.  Those two can either be the best of friends or the biggest enemies. This time surprisingly enough they got along so well. I loved watching them interact. Ellie treats her just as if she was her little sister which cracks me up. If Jayci were still around Ellie, Ava and Jayci would be all 15 months of part. That could almost count as sibling separation considering all my siblings except the baby are 18 months apart. Anyways it was fun to watch them play every day. If we didn't get to see Ava for a day Ellie was BEGGING to see her. So lucky for us we made a point to spend a LOT of time with them. 

The day after we got there we went to Lewiston and spent all day with my sisters. It's the first time in a long time that we were all together. We went to watch despicable me 2 and then my sister kayla made us all dinner.

Some say we look a lot alike. What do you think? (10 years apart)
