She's growing up to fast

Next week I am going to have a 7 year old. I cannot believe it. She is truly my saving grace.
I love this little girl more than she will ever know. Every time I think about all that she has been threw in her 7 years of life it breaks my heart! She is a grown up in a little body! Sometimes I wonder what she thinks about and how her insides are dealing with all that she has been through. I am sometimes am afraid that she is forgetting about her sister and then she brings home pictures of her and things that she thinks about. I pray that someday we'll be able to know and help her but until then she is the sweetest, loving girl I know. There are no excuses for her sassy attitude other then she is her mothers daughter but because she is my daughter she has my sensitive loving heart that loves everyone and forgives easy. She's a peacemaker and hates seeing others hurt. I love her more and more everyday. Ellie I am so proud of the young lady you are becoming. You have made me SOOO PROUD!

Walking in her footsteps

It's hard to believe the baby that used to walk in these shoes is no longer here on earth with me. And my baby here is going to fill them! I don't really know how this is going to work... The emotions run high as my sweet baby is soon to pass my angel Jayci in age from her time on earth! The differences/likeness between them blows my mind! What Jayci did, Laney does worse! The way Jayci glared at you, Laney glares the same but longer! The cuddler Jayci wasn't, Laney makes up for! I love my girls so much, it's just crazy to me how much time is moving on! Today I'm thankful for all that I have. For the blessings my daughters are to me here and in heaven! Smiling through the tears, making it day by day!

The place of heartache and peace

I was getting ready to leave Kari's house for the evening and could not believe the sunset.
It made my night but also tore at my heart strings. It's one of the places on this earth that gives me peace and hope and also breaks my heart into a MILLION bits. I miss my angel so much. It's amazing to me how much I ache for her but am so grateful for my other girls. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for our family but I am looking forward to being reunited with my entire family! Heaven will be where I am whole! ETERNITY IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO BE!

You say "WITCH" like it's a bad thing.

One of my dear friends threw a witch party. It was so much fun.
I love having the opportunity to socialize with my friends.
Espeically when I get to dress up (which never happens). '

Ellie was so cute. She was so excited for me to be able to dress up and have a good time with my friends. She is my biggest fan!

Adding some color to Jayci's Place

We love to visit Jayci's place.
During each holiday or season of the year we decorate with matching flowers.
We miss this little lady every single day.
I have been struggling with the loss of my sweet baby way more then usual.
It seems like this time of year brings on a whole new level of heartache.

Thank goodness I have the love of these two girls.
They are my everything.

Riding with Ridge

Kenna and I ran to twin a few weeks ago and took our littles! Since the bigs are at school the littles got spoiled and rode the quarter machine cars! They were in heaven! These two were born to be best of friends or the worlds worst enemy's! Only time will tell! 

Laney's B's

This little lady loves her B's! In the car she travels with one in each hand and one in her mouth! As soon as she gets in the car she reaches in her cup to grab them and puts them back when we get to our destination! In the mean time she is always switching the colors around! She is quite the gal!

This little face is what I get when I'm doing something Laney doesn't like! Every time she does this we all laugh and she gets even madder! We sure love this little lady at our house!

Balance Rock

Today we went on a drive to see "Balanced Rock." It's a place that I have been to many times as a kid but my In-Laws have never been there so it was a fun blast from the past for me. They loved it and Ellie and I hiked to the top. It was a fun adventure and was grateful to take my little girl to a place I used to go to all the time when I was little. 5K color run

Saturday I ran in the Color4 5K it was so fun to run with my sisters friends and get to know them. I especially loved having my girls there to cheer me on. I'm one lucky mama to have such amazing fans!
